NHS ice hockey team's four-game win streak snapped

The Nutley High School varsity ice hockey team lost to Hillsborough, 3-1, last Friday Jan. 20 at Codey Arena in West Orange to snap a four-game winning streak.
Ryan Demgard scored off assists by Anthony Gandolfi and Will Paro to give the Raiders a 1-0 in the first period. Hillsborough scored two goals in the second period and one in the third period. NHS fell to 7-7.
Paro scored off an asisst by Will Conca in the third period to give the Raiders a 2-1 win over Park Regional on Jan. 16 at Mennen Arena in Morris Township. Patrick Scott scored off an assist by David Fierro for the Raiders in the first period.
